Real did all they could to take Ronaldo to Bernabeu this summer but Sir Alex Ferguson refused to offload his star.
Also Ronaldo declared that his dream is to play once for Real Madrid, his favorite team. All this upset Manchester United fans who accused him of being ungrateful.
The Portugal international missed the start of the season because of an injury and everybody expected to see how Manchester fans would react when he returns to action. Ronaldo himself was a little worried about the fans reaction but looks like the fans forgive him. The former Sporting Lisbon winger declared that he is very happy how things are going and he wants to repeat the performance of last season.
Ronaldo scored 42 goals for Manchester last season and now he is one of the favorites for the Golden Ball.
I am not surprised. Fans get unraveled when the stars do not really want to play for their team.
