Mutu’s keeping is the best deal of the season in Serie A
In a statistic made by TG Com regarding best moves from Serie A, Fiorentina takes the first position. Fiorentina who received the biggest mark 8 was followed by Inter with 7.5.

Anyway they succeed to make a record transfer by taken Robinho from Real Madrid. Manchester City paid no less then £ 32.5 m for him, a new record for the British clubs.
Al-Fahim is prepared to spend over € 600 m in January for players like Ronaldo, Ronaldinho, Torres, Huntelaar, Villa, Fabregas or Messi.
Al-Fahim is planing to win the Champions League in tree years and to became stronger them Real Madrid and Manchester together.
The favorite player of Al-Fahim seems to be Ronaldinho, which was also a target for City before he transferred to Milan.
Al-Fahim also declared that he will bring players only with the manager’s approval, to avoid the mistakes that his predecessor or Roman Abramovic did.
Now it remains to see which players could City attract considering that for now they don’t play in Champions League and they would have to beat one of Manchester United, Chelsea, Arsenal or Liverpool for a place.
Manchester City have signed Robinho
Manchester City finally made an impact signing after failing to sign Ronaldinho from Barcelona and Berbatov from Tottenham.
Robinho was unsettled since Real‘s attempts on Manchester United star Cristiano Ronaldo. He was supposed to be used as an exchange player by Real Madrid.
However Real Madrid coach Bernd Schuster always declared that he wants Robinho to stay and that he has his fully support.
Robinho remained on the leaving position even after Ronaldo‘s supposed transfer failed and he hoped that he will be taken by Chelsea which was also interested in him.
Chelsea have made an offer of only € 30 m which was refused by Real stating that no player will leave this summer.
City who was taken over by a new investor, made an extravagant offer of € 42 m for the player and offered him a contract around 6m after tax.
This is the fourth-biggest transfer after Figo, Zidane and Shevcenko.
Real Madrid boss Ramon Calderon declared that Robinho‘s transfer is because of human reasons not because of sport and that Real would never keep a player in the team if that’s not what he wishes.
Manchester City boss mark Hughes is very delighted after the signing, considering Robinho one of the best players in the world and he declared that he can’t wait to introduce him into the squad and to the supporters.
Manchester have signed Berbatov
Manchester have completing the signing of the bulgarian striker Dimitar Berbatov from Tottenham. Manchester have been in contact with the striker whole summer. The player declared many times that would be a “dream come true” his possible move to Manchester. Berbatov also made photos with Manchester shirt and has also put his signature on them things that were not welcomed by the supporters.
The Spurs opposed at every attempt from Manchester but finally they gave up. Also Bayern, Barcelona and Manchester City were interested in signing Berbatov, the last one even had an offer of £ 30 m accepted by Tottenham but the player wanted to move to United. Despite not having the permission to talk to the player they arranged a medical in Manchester and the player arrived at Old Trafford. The negotiations took a couple of hours. Finally the official web site of Tottenham announced that they agreed with Manchester for around £ 31 m.
As part of the transaction youngster Fraizer Campbell will join Spurs but only for a year on loan.
As a result Spurs have agreeded to not follow the initial complaint over an illegal aproach on the player.
Campbell had an excellent last season at Hull City were he was loaned, having an essential role in the team promotion to Premier League.
Manchester United manager Sir Alex Ferguson has only words of praise for the striker, considering him as a key player for the next season. Also the supporters are very delighted with the signing comparing him already with Eric Cantona.
