Real Madrid managed to secure the services of Argentine international Angel Di Maria. The 22 years old winger had a €40millions release clause on his contract at Benfica but the reports from Spain claim that he was signed for only €25millions.
Of course there are some special clauses in the transfer which could increase the transfer sum to 35 millions based on player performances.
Di Maria will sign a 6 years contract for the Santiago Bernabeu side. Mourinho is known as fan of Di Maria abilities and was know since the beginning of the World Cup that the two clubs will come to an agreement.
Di Maria started his career at Rosario Central from Argentina. He arrived at Benfica in 2007 and has 82 appearances for the club.
