Even if this season is not over yet for Chelsea, Roman Abramovic and Carlo Ancelotti are already preparing for the next season.
After “Mourinho Era” at Chelsea, Abramovic stopped making big transfers considering that his team is good enough to challenge for Premier League or Champions League but also because they have a transfer embargo.
Ancelotti will have a transfer sum of around €100 millions for the next year and the first names on his list are Pato and Tiago Silva from Milan.

Another target could be Kaka, who  was also trained by Ancelotti at Milan. Kaka is not having the best period of his life at Bernabeu and this could determine the player to leave Real Madrid.

Milan also declared that they have financial problems and could be determinated to reduce the players wages or sell one or two of their star players.

Also Fernando Torres from Liverpool may be a target for Chelsea if the player will decide to leave the Anfield.
