Monaco signed Moutinho and Rodriguez

After PSG a new superpower raises in France Ligue 1. “The New Chelsea”, as Claudio Ranieri named his side, have won the France Ligue 2 and promoted to the first division.
The French club is owned by Russian billionaire Dmitry Rybolovlev since 2011. Monaco are willing to became a superpower in European football and for that they started to spend high.
Their first transfers were Joao Moutinho and James Rodriguez from FC Porto. Both players cost them €70 millions.
James Rodriguez cost Monaco €45 millions which brings him on top 10 transfers of all-time. The 21 years old winger came at Porto in 2010 from Banfield. Monaco will not stop here as they announced that they have other big names on their list as Falcao or Hulk.
