Juventus confirmed that they signed the experienced Italian goalkeeper Marco Storari after his contract at Milan expired.
Juventus were searching for a viable solution for this post after Gianluigi Buffon injured in Italy’s first World Cup game against Paraguay. Latest reports from Turin indicate that he passed all medical tests and that he will sign a three years contract around €1.2 millions a year.
Storari made his senior debut at Ancona. He also played for Napoli, Messina, Milan, Levante, Cagliari, Fiorentina and Sampdoria.
This transfer comes only few days after Inter signed goalkeeper Luca Castellazzi also on a free transfer.
