Has Mourinho succeed to create a group at Inter already?

Every football team has one or two leaders and most of the big European clubs are facing with problems between players.
Even if they don’t admit it in public there are players that dislike other team-mates. Inter is of the clubs with lot of stars and also one of the clubs with the biggest squad.
It was speculated many times that Ibrahimovic can’t play together with Adriano or Figo.
Looks like the situation has changed since Mourinho took control of Inter.
The Portuguese aparently found a way to convince the players that being a group is the most important in any team and that every player has the same importance for the club. And the proof for this is Zlatan’s gesture in the match against Bologna. After receiving a penalty Ibrahimovic, who was responsible to take it, made Adriano a favor and let him take it. This kind of behaviour should be an example for every players and managers around the world.
Ibrahimovic admitted that he enjoys having Mourinho as a coach and declared that he learned more from him in this three months that he learned with his previous two managers.

Playing as a unified team is important to get a win. IMHO, Individual ambition as it relates to the success of the team should be reserved for off the field.
