Drogba is the best goalscorer of the century

Didier Drogba was named the best goalscorer of the century by IFFHS. The Ivorian striker has 92 goals in all International competitions, 4 and 5 goals  more than Klose and Nistelrooy respectively.

The top 10 is completed by Henry, Eto’o, Villa, Raul, Flavio da Silva, Berbatov and Shevschenko.

Drogba has all the chances to remain on top because, like him, the competitors have only a few years of playing time remain.

Also the best goalscorers in domestic championships are not necessarily doing the same for the national team. The best examples are with Messi and Ronaldo who are scoring a lot of goals for their clubs but when they play for the national squad the things are changing a lot.
